HOW TO MAKE AN APEROL SPRITZ
Ingredients:
- 50ml Aperol
- 75ml Prosecco
- 25ml Soda Water
- Ice Cubes
- Orange slice, for garnish
1. Prepare the Glass:
- Fill a large wine glass with ice cubes.
2. Add the Aperol:
- Pour the Aperol over the ice.
3. Add the Prosecco:
- Top up the glass with 75ml of chilled Prosecco.
4. Top with Soda Water:
- Add a splash of soda water to the mix. The amount can be adjusted based on your preference, however we recommend 25ml.
5. Garnish:
- Garnish the cocktail with an orange slice. You can also squeeze a bit of juice from the orange into the drink for extra citrus flavour.
6. Stir (optional) & Serve:
- Give the ingredients a gentle stir to combine (optional).
- Your Aperol Spritz is now ready to be enjoyed! Sip and savour the refreshing and bittersweet flavours of this classic Italian aperitif.
