Whitley Neill's Alcohol-Free Gins undergo a unique production process employing the only Spinning Cone Vacuum Column Still in the UK, ensuring the preservation of delicate flavours and distinctive top notes during distillation. Whitley Neill Alcohol Free Raspberry Gin is introduced into the still and separated into three distinct streams: water, existing flavours, and aromas (both found within its alcohol based big brother). Upon completing this meticulous process, the water and flavours and aromas are expertly blended, resulting in the recreation of the classic 'gin' taste, but with absolutely no alcohol content.
