Fr'um Pineapple & Smokey Scotch Bonnet Spiced Rum

After more than 20 years of perfecting cocktails,
Anthony Peart, Bar Manager at The Hand & Flowers—
Tom Kerridge’s two Michelin-starred pub in Marlow—
has turned his expertise to rum. On August 30th,
2023, he introduced Fr’um. Though created in the
quiet town of Henley, Fr’um is infused with the spirit
of Jamaica's vibrant nights and sun-soaked beaches.
This dark yet approachable rum boasts flavours of rich
muscovado sugar, ripe pineapple, and a smoky touch
of scotch bonnet. Frustrated by the lack of premium
spiced rums that aren’t overly sweet, Anthony
decided to craft his own, partnering with The Henley
Distillery to bring his vision to life. Inspired by the
flavours of backyard barbecues and beachside grilling,
Fr’um is made by juicing pineapples with muscovado,
then gently infusing them with smoked scotch bonnet
peppers to create a balanced heat. It’s a spiced rum
for those who appreciate bold, authentic flavours with
a touch of nostalgia.

This product is handled and shipped by Fr'um Dark but Fr'iendly and delivered by their partner suppliers DHL.
