The company's founders intentionally chose to build the distillery in their hometown, among the bustling markets, beachfront, and rich architecture of the city. The distillery is an integral part of the fabric of Tel Aviv, alongside a community of entrepreneurs, innovators, makers, and artisans. M&H Whisky Distillery's dedication to its urban roots is apparent in the unique flavour profiles of its whiskies. The distillery uses locally-sourced ingredients, including water from the nearby Judean Hills, to infuse its whiskies with the essence of Tel Aviv's terroir.
