El Dorado 3 Year Old Rum is twice filtered through natural charcoal for great clarity and purity, then aged for at least 3 years in 45 gallon ex-bourbon oak casks. Its incredibly smooth and unique flavour profile, ideal for all cocktails – especially Caribbean and South American styles – is a product of a combination of the traditional Skeldon and Blairmont marques.

Since the 17th century, the county of Demerara in Guyana has been closely associated with the production of sugar and rum. Nowadays, Demerara Distillers Limited runs the only remaining distillery in Guyana at Plantation Diamond, located on the East Bank of the Demerara River. They have combined all the ancient original stills and marques, which give Demerara Rum its unique character.
